ipohaus is one bench in a small room, run a few hours a day. We could chase volume. We've chosen not to, at least not yet.
Small batches mean every piece gets looked at before it ships. A corporate order of forty is forty separate checks, not a run. It means we can turn down work that wouldn't be good and take the odd, specific request a factory won't touch.
There's a ceiling to this and we know it. The ceiling is the point. The day we can't look at every serial before it leaves is the day we've turned into something else.
